In 2013, Andrea Motta joined our team as head chef. He has previously done time in leading restaurants around the world including the Michelin rated II Sole in Bologna. Before that he established himself as a top churraschiera chef in Brazil.
Andrea hails from Sicily which is where he developed a real passion for seafood and simple Mediterranean dishes. The menu focuses on using only the best quality seasonal ingredients to deliver a consistently outstanding culinary experience.
The architecture of the restaurant offers an indoor/outdoor dining room with a casual atmosphere and an idyllic setting.
We also provide a snack menu for those who wish to have lunch served on the beach. We also have a kids and baby menu with plenty of healthy options.
We have carefully collected a wine cellar that perfectly accompanies the menu. A comprehensive range of reds and whites, as well as a choice of champagnes are available.
Sunset is greeted everyday with the soft seductive beats that have been especially mixed and compiled by the internationally renowned DJ Sandra Nedrum of Music Guru. Fresh cocktails are on tap to help close another perfect day at Baia Beach Club.
